Severn LETS Members Agreement

1. Members trade either in Shrews only or a mix of Shrews and cash. Cash-only trade cannot be part of LETS accounting.

2. Members agree terms, prices and conditions between themselves.

3. The Core Group is not responsible for the quality of goods and services listed in the Directory or traded.

4. The Core Group may refuse to accept for Directory entry goods or services considered inappropriate.

5. The Core Group Accountant maintains the Shrew accounts.

6. Shrews can only be transferred from one account to another by a member making payment or by the Core Group's Accountant applying service charges.

7. The Core Group reserves the right to alter Sterling and Shrew charges.

8. Any member may know the balance and turnover of any other member.

9. Members are responsible for their own tax liabilities and/or benefits position.

10. Members agree to the holding on computer of any information they supply.
